Robbie is a trusted advisor to his clients and focuses on creating long-term relationships. With a high level of professionalism and solid knowledge about the market, Robbie is dedicated to successfully guiding clients through the real estate transaction maze. As a result, clients consistently accomplish their real estate goals. Many of his clients have become friends, and he finds great joy in exploring the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina with them.

A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Robbie launched his real estate career in Atlanta, Ga., as part of a top Realtor team at a boutique brokerage before moving to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to work at the renowned firm Real Estate of Jackson Hole. As an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s Great Estates and Regents International in Jackson Hole, Robbie worked with buyers and seller from around the globe as he listed and sold beautiful, unique high-value properties under the grandeur of the Teton Mountain Range. Since returning to North Carolina Robbie has specialized in the intown Asheville market with a focus on downtown Asheville and the charming neighborhoods that surround the heart of the lovely city.

Robbie lives in Asheville with his wife, and in his spare time he enjoys riding his road bike, hiking on the area’s splendid trails, fly fishing, gardening, cooking and walking his Labrador retrievers. A committed member of the community, Robbie is involved in numerous projects with Asheville Rotary, trail maintenance efforts and preservation of the slopes and streams of the Southern Appalachian area.

Green Properties – Robbie is a firm believer in strategic, sustainable practices and has been involved with the green building movement for years. He regularly bolsters his knowledge through continuing education opportunities about the “green market” and attends events presented by the WNC Green Building Council.

Mountain Estate Homes & Land – With an extensive background specializing in high-value properties in Jackson Hole and in WNC, Robbie offers unique knowledge and experience when showing, marketing and presenting properties for sale. His experience with conservation properties enables him to identify potential conservation parcels and explain the benefits of a conservation easement to prospective buyers.

In-town Asheville – Robbie finds Downtown Asheville’s amazing architecture inspiring, and it reminds him of past trips to Europe. He takes great pleasure in showing buyers the beauty of the “Paris of the South” in Asheville’s urban loft market, condo projects, historic properties and vibrant neighborhoods surrounding the city.
